Thank you for choosing to use SWAC TV ("the App") provided by Southwestern Athletic Conference dba SWAC TV (Content Owner) and GIDEO LLC (App Developer and Publisher) ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the App.

App Usage

1.1 License:
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms of Use.

1.2 Prohibited Activities:
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the App:
a. Attempting to bypass, disable, or interfere with any security measures or features of the App.
b. Misusing or abusing the App, including engaging in any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities.
c. Modifying, adapting, translating, reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App or any portion thereof.
d. Circumventing any content protection measures or digital rights management used in the App.
e. Accessing or using the App in any way that violates applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

Intellectual Property Rights

2.1 Ownership:
All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and any other proprietary rights associated with the App, shall remain the property of Southwestern Athletic Conference dba SWAC TV and GIDEO LLC. You acknowledge and agree that you do not acquire any ownership rights in the App by using it.

2.2 Content:
The App may contain videos, images, and other media content provided by SWAC TV. All such content is protected by copyright laws and other intellectual property rights. You agree to use the content only for personal, non-commercial purposes and not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding the App or its content. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information or content within the App. You acknowledge and agree to use the App at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation of liability applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.

Changes to the Terms of Use

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Use at any time, without prior notice. Any changes to these Terms of Use will be effective immediately upon posting within the App. Your continued use of the App following the changes to the Terms of Use signifies your acceptance of such changes.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Alabama. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alabama.
